Hello Ken.
Following my posy from yesterday under WOW:) suject. I can relate to what you wrote above ‘People naturally respond positively to those who feel love’.
I have for most of my life been developing myself so to break out of my shyness; shyness hurts. Through feeling love I feel confident because negative self limiting thought is kept away and I allow myself to be myself.
In the past; even though I might have really wanted to talk with someone be it a lady, being shy I was always misunderstood, I didn’t want this, I didn't understand this.
Today with a small amount of love in my heart I meet Reanan whom I have been acknowledging through smiles for a while now. We crossed paths and I started the conversation which in the past I would have been very nervous about, and we talked for a while and the conversation was free and easy. This is how I want to relate to people, and I have always believed that in my heart that this is the way. I have found what I have been looking for, and I have had it all along. Thank you Ken for establishing the Harmony Project .
I love your work.
Paul

Hi group --
I am hoping that people will actually do the steps of the Harmony Project, and post their experiences.
The reason I wrote the Harmony Project is that I have been doing these steps off and on for several years. I have noticed that even when I did step one silently around people, I noticed an almost immediate response. People would start talking to me, or give me a smile. I noticed that I could raise the emotional level of people I came into contact with, even if they were perfect strangers.
Love is so powerful that it immediately connects you with others.
The great thing about the Harmony Project is that you can do it silently. No one has to know you're doing it. You don't stick out! Like I said in the Harmony Project post, we are Quiet Revolutionaries!
So please try this and see what happens.
if you have any questions, post them. Tell us your experiences!
:-) Ken

I do this where I work and have noticed definite results.I work at a recovery based social club.It attracts all kinds of people some of whom are crazy or extremely intoxicated. Before I tried this I would confront these people and become angry.I would have to call the cops now and then.Last week someone came in who I would have had a problem with in the past.I remembered to project love. The person stopped turned around and left.Other people who were seemed quite or depressed became more talkative and smiled more. Some times before I go to work I send love to my work place and the whole day seems to go better. This definitely works and is very powerful. Thanks and Happy Holidays
